It seems that way. Since we have four suits with no repetitions among the reincarnated Angels, that makes one deck. There are two jokers in a deck, which would explain why the third joker is called an ‘extra’ joker?

I’m wondering about the Trump Card of Heaven Team’s Knights, though. If they’re mostly on other missions, does that mean they won’t be participating in the (as of this chapter) upcoming match against the Sekiryuutei of the Blazing Truth Team?
Also, why do Sandalphon and Raphael have the same symbol?
