One day—.
Amidst the Rating Game World Tournament in which all factions were participating, a secret meeting took place on the rooftop of a certain building in the human world. In the rooftop garden, a table and chair were placed in the centre. The man who sat in the chair — the Maou Ajuka Beelzebub greeted the young man who silently appeared from the shadows of darkness, Ikuse Tobio. As Ajuka closed the book that he was reading, he began to speak to that man — Slash Dog.
“Sorry, Ikuse Tobio-kun. Even though we’re in the midst of the Tournament, I’m still getting you to move behind the scenes.”
“No, it’s quite alright. I don’t dislike working in concealment.”
“So, does that mean you’ve been able to confirm something regarding that matter?”
Ikuse Tobio laid out several photographs onto the table. Depicted in these photos were a man and a woman walking along a less-travelled road. Judging only by appearances, the pair seemed as though they were the age of high school students. Ikuse Tobio pointed to the young man who was shown in the photos.
“It wouldn’t even be possible to capture his shadow by conventional means, but by using a filter that the Grigori specially made, I was finally able to capture his appearance. That man is…Kanzaki Mitsuya.”
In response to this report, Ajuka narrowed his eyes.
“…Ah, just as I thought. …[Innovate Clear] and [Telos Karma]’s…”
Ajuka placed his hand on his chin and sank into thought for a while. Rather abruptly, he asked Ikuse Tobio

I don’t know. I stopped following them as I’m transitioning towards a pure Japanese to English translation.

Hey zx, how’d you learn Japanese? I want to learn it myself so I can indulge myself in the many Japanese raws of the land.
I’m still learning at the moment. Generally speaking, I’d start off with hiragana and katakana – start memorising how these are pronounced and written as it is a necessary foundation for learning any kanji or grammar. Following that, I’d do a combination of memorising kanji characters with picking up grammar. I’ve found the mobile apps “TenguGo Kana” and “TenguGo Kanji” incredibly helpful for memorising characters as it has sounds, definitions and stroke animations. And for grammar, there’s the universally recommended guide written by Tae Kim. This is just off the top of my head…there’s a myriad of approaches you could take to find what works best for you.

I’d say it would be the girl who appears alongside Kanzaki in DENPACHI’s cover.
Based on the name, I’m guessing [Telos Karma] is a sacred gear that can turn good luck into bad luck or drain another individual’s luck.

Telos Karma is Greek for “Finally, Karma”. Although in the DxD-verse it will probably be translated as “Final Karma”
It it is Final Karma against DxD or even just OppaiDragon.
I can understand why Beelzebub would be concerned.
Issei being Issei and his Mutated Piece, He is basically an anomaly to himself. Those around him seem to be affected as well.
So Final Karma may end up with his own Final Karma. I’m sure If Issei figures it out that is going to be something to see as well.

Nope, I just did this chapter on a whim. Translated directly from Japanese to English – though I normally wait for the Chinese release. I don’t plan to start translating the rest for a while.
